Important information

  • There is a high frequency of trucks on Pumpgatan, due to the delivery of concrete elements from our supplier.
  • During this period, there will be many transports and cranes working. This calls for extra attention from everyone entering the site.

Work in progress

  • During Week 3, floor 6 (3000sqm) of House 11 was built.
  • We have begun the work for facades. To get better access to the site and the buildings, we will move the fence towards Lindholmsallén.
  • The application of putty in the garage walls is ongoing.
  • Temporary pillars were set under the overhang.

Next steps

  • During Week 4, we will begin decontamination prior to demolition of the parking garage.
  • During Week 6, we will begin the excavation and concrete work for House 12.
